YOUR PCN

If you do not understand the reason for being issued a Parking Charge Notice, you can view the details and photographic evidence taken by clicking the link below.

You will need to enter the five digit PCN number and vehicle registration, please ensure there are no typographical errors when inputting the information (a common error is inputting the letter O instead of the number 0). If the information entered is incorrect the system will not be able to match and retrieve the relevant PCN details from the system.

If after reviewing the details and photographic evidence you believe that the Parking Charge Notice has been issued unfairly, then you can lodge an appeal.

Our appeals team will then review matters and consider all your comments made, any supporting evidence provided, all the photographic evidence taken and if relevant any notes submitted by the parking attendant who issued the PCN.
