PAY YOUR PCN

You can pay your Parking Charge Notice using one of the options listed below:

PAY ONLINE

If you wish to pay your Parking Charge Notice online please click the link below. You will leave the NWCP website and be taken to our Ecom6 web page/ portal which is our payment service provider (PSP), all transactions processed through the ePayment web page/ portal are checked with 3D Secure 2 and are SCA compliant.


You will need to enter the five digit PCN number and your vehicle registration to bring up the relevant case details and make payment.

PAY BY PHONE

Payment can be made via debit or credit card by calling our 24 hour automated payment line on 03330 066315

When paying by telephone please ensure you have to hand the five digit Parking Charge Notice number and your vehicle registration.


BACS/BANK TRANSFER

Payment can also be made via BACS/bank transfer to the following account details:

You must quote either the Parking Charge Notice number or the vehicle registration as the payment reference, payments that are received without this information will be unable to be allocated to the correct case.

 

The Parking Charge Notice will therefore remain unpaid and further recovery action may be taken which may result in additional costs being incurred. If an underpayment is made the outstanding balance will be pursued with additional costs still being potentially incurred.



PAY BY POST

Payment can be made via Cheque/Postal Order


Please make the cheque or postal order payable to N W Car Parks Ltd ensuring that the five digit Parking Charge Notice and vehicle registration number is clearly written on the reverse and post to: 

 

N W Car Parks Ltd, Plumpton House, PO Box 1388, Blackpool, FY1 9PA


Please note that if no reference to the PCN number or vehicle registration is written on the reverse of your cheque/postal order,  we will be unable to deposit the monies and the parking charge will therefore remain unpaid. Further recovery action may be taken which may result in additional costs being incurred.


DO NOT INGORE A PARKING CHARGE NOTICE YOU HAVE HAVE BEEN ISSUED

IF NO REPLY OR PAYMENT IS RECEIVED DESPITE MULTIPLE LETTERS OF NOTIFICATION BEING SENT TO THE ADDRESS SUPPLIED BY THE DVLA OR RELEVANT THIRD PARTY SUCH AS A VEHICLE HIRE COMPANY, THEN WE WILL PROCEED TO RECOVER THE OUTSTANDING MONIES OWED TO US VIA COUNTY COURT PROCEEDINGS. THIS COULD RESULT IN A COUNTY COURT JUDGMENT (CCJ) BEING ADDED ON TO THE CCJ REGISTER FOR 6 YEARS.

As per our terms and conditions if you cannot afford to pay your Parking Charge Notice in one payment, we may allow you to pay the outstanding balance off in instalments.


It is to our discretion how many months your instalment plan will be broken down into,  the amount of your Parking Charge Notice may also be increased.


However please note we also reserve the right to reject an instalment plan if the monthly amount you propose is too low.
